Bumbuli is a rural village in the Lushoto District of the Tanga Region in northeastern Tanzania. Like much of rural Tanzania, the area faces acute challenges: no secondary school nearby, unreliable clean water, and an overwhelmed local dispensary.
A 2012 community meeting with 42 participants identified the most pressing needs — from building a secondary school to improving water supply and healthcare access. We work on all these fronts.
There are many ways to stand with the children and families of Bumbuli — no contribution is too small.
